2024 Growth at a Glance
IT Modernization Initiatives are Heating Up
2024 will go down as a great year for Numecent. Fuelled by IT’s need to streamline IT operations and enthusiasm for our Cloudpager platform, the company is growing faster than ever.
As organizations continue to seek solutions to accelerate migrations between VDI and DaaS platforms, as well as Windows operating systems (Windows 10 end of support is October 14, 2025), they are evaluating ways to streamline IT operations.
Of course, we all know desktop environments are only as strong as the applications that run on them. The need to maximize application compatibility without sacrificing functionality or performance is why so many enterprises turned to Numecent last year, with a 217% year-over-year increase in Cloudpaging users.
To deliver on our commitment to simplifying the mobilization and management of applications across modern Windows desktop and multi-cloud environments for new and existing customers alike, we delivered 8 major releases throughout the year.
Major Product Releases
We pride ourselves on simplifying the mobilization and management of Windows applications across modern desktop and multi-cloud environments. Every day we continue to chase that mantra. Achieving this means continuously releasing innovative solutions and pushing the boundaries of what containerization can do for you.
We’re extremely proud of the 8 major product releases this year. These releases expanded the DevOps capabilities customers are leveraging to manage Windows desktop applications across physical and virtual desktops, enhancing application performance, uptime, portability, security, and cost-efficiency.
Cloudpager Dashboard
The Dashboard feature brought unparalleled insights to Cloudpager customers. From a single pane of glass, administrators can now review real-time data on their Cloudpaging application estate across all physical and virtual Windows desktops.
Trust Policies
This was one of the most requested features from customers! Trust Policies enable you to restrict application deployments to specific devices and Windows operating systems. In essence, you can ensure applications are only provisioned to specific employee devices. It also ensures people in your organization are not running on unsupported OS.
App Attach Storefronts
Our biggest collaboration with Microsoft to date was the integration of Cloudpager to App attach in Azure Virtual Desktop, providing native support for Cloudpaging containers within App attach.

Audit Logs
Our customers have always benefited from the logging capabilities built into our pulatforms, such as Cloudpager’s comprehensive Revision History within Workpods. The release of Audit Logs introduces more accessible and comprehensive views of all administrative actions taken on the Cloudpager platform.
Log Collection
The launch of Log Collection in the summer enables administrators to retrieve Cloudpager logs from Windows desktops without any end user involvement. They have the option to automatically retrieve logs at set intervals or on-demand. Upon request, logs are made available at the next refresh interval through the Cloudpager web console for administrators to download and view.

Cloudpaging Studio 9.4
The application lifecycle begins with packaging. Thus, automation capabilities must be present during this stage. On top of expanding Desktop and Start Menu shortcut support and compression options, Cloudpaging Studio 9.4 expanded automation capabilities within the tool, while integrating command-line operations into the solution.
Cloudpaging Server 9.8
The release of Cloudpaging Server 9.8 introduced Device Constraints, one of the most popular customer feature requests. This enables administrators to restrict application deployments to designated devices. Administrators leverage this feature to ensure employees are only running applications on approved devices.
Cloudpaging Player 9.5
Cloudpaging enables applications to be dynamically updated in-session, so why shouldn’t our Cloudpaging Player? Client updates are now faster, more lightweight, and minimize downtime more than ever before.
Expanded Partnerships
We saw our partner channel increase with greater coverage in Europe and expanded our collaboration with Microsoft, with the aforementioned integration of Cloudpager to App attach in Azure Virtual Desktop (read the press release here). Establishing a great community around Cloudpaging is what it’s all about!
In-Person Events Around the World
We were thrilled to participate in many community events including EUC Unplugged, EUC Forum, AVD Tech Fest, and of course the independent Cloudpaging User Group to name just a few.
Join us at events throughout 2025!
- NerdioCon: April 7 – 9
