How Cloudpaging AI Works
Built upon more than 25 years of expertise from our team of Windows wizards and inventors, Cloudpaging AI intelligently automates the packaging of applications into Cloudpaging containers on-demand. The large language model developed by our team includes granular detailed application information, such as package configurations that should be global to cover an entire package, down to the file level.
When you request a net-new application container, the service pulls the latest version of application install media from Microsoft WinGet and automatically packages it into a unique Cloudpaging container.
When you select an application to be packaged, Cloudpaging AI intelligently discerns best practices for packaging that specific application. It will intelligently decide what application components should (or should not) be included in the package, the correct disposition layer for each application component, and address any settings necessary to ensure the application will launch properly.
For example, Cloudpaging AI can identify what to set as the command line in the application container, which is required to launch application from a Cloudpager Storefront. It can also detect print drivers and ensure applications can still leverage them by assigning them to the correct disposition layer.
Of course, it can also handle more basic packaging tasks, such as excluding discovery update mechanisms from your Cloudpaging containers.

Publishing and deploying applications packaged by Cloudpaging AI can be done in a matter of seconds. As you can see in the video above, the beauty of the feature is that there is not a whole lot to see because there is not a lot of input required from Administrators.
After selecting the application you would like to package, you can edit application information – such as the name, version, publisher, and description – providing the means to align with your organization’s standards. An Administrator clicks publish and our AI does the rest. Once complete you can assign to your employees via a Storefront or Workpod.
